Each volunteer prepares some of the casseroles or some of the side dishes for the meal. Points to remember as a volunteer:
- Plan to feed 35, keeping in mind that many of them have very hearty appetites.
- Please provide a small vegetarian dish.
- Arrange food delivery among group members. Food can be dropped off at the church, and servers can
pick up from there, but this must be communicated to the Group Leader.
- Plan to have food arrive at Open Arms at 5:30 PM.
- Arrange your own substitutes.
- Casserole Group Leaders, contact your group regarding the recipe selected. Please inform the
Side Dish Group Leaders so they can coordinate the meal. Also, notify servers if food pick-up is necessary.
