Welcome! We’re delighted that you would like to know more about our church, a community of faith where all kinds of believers gather (along with some who are not quite sure they are believers).
We’re a Christian church, part of the most socially progressive American Christian denomination, the United Church of Christ, but we come from many backgrounds, including non-Christian. More specifically, we’re a Congregational church, and like all Congregational churches stretching back to the Pilgrims, we covenant with each other to support and run our church ourselves.
Centrally located in lower Westchester County, we open our arms to all, from the Hudson River to the Long Island Sound. You’ll find that beliefs are not imposed on you here – we’re interested in exploring faith and spirituality, not espousing doctrines.
It’s important to us to be inclusive and diverse. We are an Open and Affirming congregation and a caring community.
And we’re a lively place, filled with people of all ages, with a great appreciation of the importance of music to replenish our souls and glorify God.
We gather for worship at 10:30 a.m. on Sundays (10:00 a.m. in the summer) in a beautiful sanctuary. We have a hearing-assistance system, an available large-print order of worship, and a separate “jumpy toddler” room with closed-circuit television broadcast of the service. Stop by and worship with us!
