There are many ways to communicate and publicize an event at our church. Below are some helpful resources.

E-News (weekly)

Send your E-News article to the Office Manager at no later than Thursday noon (preferably earlier). Please put E-News in the subject heading.

Order of Worship (weekly)

To have an announcement placed in the Order of Worship send it to the Office Manager at An announcement should be limited to limited to 1-2 sentences, and must be submitted by the Wednesday preceding the Sunday you would like it to appear.

The Bulletin (quarterly)

Send your Bulletin article to the Office Manager at Submissions should include:

  • Title in ALL CAPS

  • Body of the article (including time, date and location if it is to announce an event)

  • Weeks to run the article

When submitting, please ensure you provide the sponsoring committee / organization name, a contact person and a phone number so that information can be clarified if necessary. Articles should be submitted two weeks before publication.
