Worship at The Scarsdale Congregational Church is an opportunity to find connection emotionally, spiritually and socially. We all lead busy lives, but through Sunday worship we find belonging and peace.

Although worship explores new ways to encounter God each week, there is also consistency in our format. Each service includes a time with children, passing of the peace, joys and concerns, scripture readings, prayers, the sermon and anthems, hymns and organ pieces in addition to other forms of liturgy and music. Baptism is celebrated when requested as part of Sunday worship. To learn more about baptism or other Life Events at SCC, please contact us.

Music is important to us. We are blessed with an excellent organ, a Steinway Concert Grand piano and a very talented Music Director who brings both instruments to life. Our chancel choir sings two anthems each Sunday that light up the sanctuary with their sound. Guest musicians frequently create new ways to integrate music and worship.

Our weekly Sunday worship is at 10:00am. Special services for the Christmas and Easter holidays are structured with both an early children’s service and a later, more traditional service. Please join us.
