Prayer Vigil Oct. 25th
In responding faithfully to God’s call for abundant life for all people, a common life in which no one is left behind, we are drawn inevitably to engage in public policy advocacy. There is an inherent connection between the Gospel call to respond to the hungry, the thirsty, the stranger, those in prison, and those who are sick — and policy decisions. Join us in turning faith into action by writing to your members of Congress using the online portal found here.

And please consider joining in an Interfaith Prayer Vigil on Saturday, October 25 from 6:00-7:00pm in our Sanctuary. We will be joining together with the all of Conference Ministers and many UCC congregations from across New York State as well as our Interfaith neighbors in prayer, proclaiming that God’s love doesn’t stop at artificially-drawn borders. God challenges us to break down all barriers that keep us from living out the ‘beloved community’ God intends.
All are welcome and please spread the word.
